Important Fitment Note
Top mounted headlights are not compatible with our bracket system because they mount in the same location. The headlight must be relocated if you wish to run our system. A bottom mounted headlight is required to use our bracket system.

If your fairing is not listed above, the system has not yet been tested with that configuration and fitment cannot be guaranteed.
 
Special Fitment Notes
Certain motorcycles may require additional adjustments for proper installation.
 
Softail Low Rider models feature a different triple tree and headlight configuration which may affect installation with certain fairings. Confirmed compatible fairings include:

When using these fairings, marine-grade speakers are recommended because non-marine speaker grills may prevent the system from fully seating for correct fitment.
 
For 2023+ Street Bob models, the speedometer may need to be relocated or taller risers installed.
 
For M8 Fat Bob and Road King models, testing has been completed with the Memphis Shades Road Warrior Fat Bob fairing using marine grade speakers. The Fat Bob headlight may sit slightly recessed due to required spacers, and Plex Audio recommends ordering the Memphis Shades headlight cover.
 
Warranty & Return Policy
All components within the Plex Audio system, including the shell and mounting brackets, are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
 
Warranty service must be handled directly through Plex Audio.
 
If speaker replacement is required, the system must be returned for inspection to determine the cause of the issue. Plex Audio will replace blown speakers once. After that, replacement speakers may be purchased at a discounted rate.
 
Proof of purchase or the original order number is required for all warranty claims.
 
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. The unit must be unused, unmounted, and in perfect condition. Any damage to packaging or components may result in a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total purchase price.
